Retention Pattern Briefing
A focused half-day reading of churn and renewal signals in your membership cohorts — ideal before a fee change or re-engagement campaign.
The offer
When the full audit is more than you need, the Retention Pattern Briefing concentrates on first-year renewals, mid-cycle quiet periods, and the gap between “last opened the app” and “still a paying member.”
Result
You leave with a short briefing (usually four to six pages) that names the cohorts most at risk, the calendar windows where lapses cluster, and two or three practical levers organisers already control — reminder timing, chapter outreach, or benefit clarity — without claiming those levers are magic.
Scope
We read retention curves and renewal event logs you supply. We do not redesign your benefits package or rewrite member communications; we show where the numbers suggest attention.
Exclusions
Product feature roadmaps, A/B test design for marketing pages, and vendor selection for new apps sit outside this briefing.
How it runs
Intake questionnaire, one working session to confirm cohort definitions, then written delivery and a ninety-minute discussion. If the session reveals that definitions are too broken for a short briefing, we will say so and recommend the full audit instead.
