What moves a quote
- Member volume — exports above roughly 8,000 paying members need more cohort slicing time
- Export cleanliness — inconsistent member IDs or missing renewal timestamps add review days
- Number of plan tiers and chapters — more segments means a thicker briefing
- On-site preference — Johor Bahru sessions include preparation time on site
- Rush — delivery inside one week when capacity allows carries a rush fee stated in the quote
What we do not sell
We do not offer software subscriptions, seat licences, or automated dashboard products. If you need a vendor for tooling, we can discuss that separately as advice — it is not part of the rates above.
Deposits
Audits and briefings typically require a 40% deposit to reserve the reading window. Retainers invoice monthly in advance. See our refund policy for cancellations, rescheduling, and work already started.
